How to make Alpha Old-Fashioned Donut for Primal Kyogre in Mega Dimension DLC

Players will require a very special donut to go up against the Legendary Primal Kyogre in Pokemon Legends Z-A‘s Mega Dimension DLC. Here are all the ingredients and how to make it.

Alpha Old-Fashioned donut ingredients

Here’s the exact recipe to make the donut:

• 50 points in Sweet.
• 50 points in Spicy.
• 210 points in Sour.
• 180 points in Bitter.
• 370 points in Fresh.

Keep in mind that to reach those points, you’ll require special Hyperspace Berries found in Hyperspace Lumiose.

To start making the donut, talk to Ansha at Hotel Z’s front desk and ask her to try the “Alpha” recipe. We suggest you use:

• x2 Hyper Charti Berry
• x1 Hyper Chople Berry
• x2 Hyper Colbur Berry
• x2 Hyper Payapa Berry
• x1 Hyper Shuca Berry

Hyperspace Berries

If at this point in the DLC you don’t have enough Hyperspace Berries, you can farm them by jumping back into Hyperspace Lumiose and destroying the floating Poke Balls in each area.

When you complete all three tasks in the Hyperspace Lumiose zones, you’ll get the chance to destroy a large gold Poke Ball with plenty of these Berries.

Kyogre and Primal Kyogre

Once you have the Alpha Old-Fashioned Donut, go to the new Hyperspace Lumiose rift and interact with it – Korrina will appear, saying Kyogre is going through Primal Reversion. Feed Hoopa the Alpha Old-Fashioned Donut and enter Kyogre’s cave.

Kyogre’s statue will explode, revealing the Legendary. You’ll have to fight its regular form and then go up against it again, but in its Rogue Primal form – both will be at Level 200.

Upon defeat, you’ll receive the Blue Orb and the chance to capture regular Kyogre.
