Premier League Player of the Month (POTM)
Every single month, EA FC 26 players have the opportunity to vote for the Premier League Player of the Month, who will be awarded a special POTM card in Ultimate Team. Here’s how to have your say, as well as the September nominees.
How to vote
- Head over to the official EA SPORTS Player of the Month website.
- Select Premier League.
- Take a look at the nominees and their stats, then decide who to vote for.
- Click ‘Vote Now’ on the player you want to win.
- Keep an eye on EA’s socials for the winner to be announced.
Shortly after the winner is announced, their card will be released in Ultimate Team for fans to add to their teams.
August nominees
- Martin Zubimendi (Arsenal)
- Granit Xhaka (Liverpool)
- Daichi Kamada (Crystal Palace)
- Erling Haaland (Manchester City)
- Yankuba Minteh (Brighton)
- Robin Roefs (Sunderland)
Although it’s only the second month of the Premier League, there have already been some standout performances. Erling Haaland is back in scary form and in the running for an early special card, scoring five goals in just three games.
Elsewhere, Arsenal’s Zubimendi gets a nomination, as he’s proved an essential part of a team that went unbeaten in September. Daichi Kamada is also in the mix, after Crystal Palace extended their unbeaten run to 18 games.
All Player of the Month winners receive their own special card, which can be earned by completing an SBC. The difficulty will depend on the rating of the winner, so you might need to submit multiple squads if it’s someone like Haaland.
No matter who takes the prize, they will receive a card with boosted stats and sometimes even unique PlayStyles, making them strong additions to your team.
