Best Clubs builds for Goalkeepers

The addition of Archetypes has altered the way people manage their players in EA FC 26‘s Clubs mode, making it more challenging than ever to strike the perfect balance between stats and team synergy.

With so many stats, perks, and playstles to consider, it can be a nightmare creating the perfect build, so we’ve done the work for you, and here are some of the best builds for Goalkeepers in Clubs.

Shot Stopper build

This setup makes you an all-around meta GK with excellent reflex saves, strong vs crosses, and agile enough not to get exposed by finesse shots or 1v1s.

After you’ve built the perfect Goalkeeper, use the remaining skill points for Diving, Handling, and Positioning – in that order. Then you can work on Short and Long Passing, as well as Composure and Jumping.

Sweeper Keeper build

This build is for more aggressive keepers who are not afraid to rush out of the goal to intercept incoming shooters and play as an extra Defender if needed.

The lighter frame and Sweeper Keeper Archetype improve speed and agility for 1v1 scenarios. However, you must improve attributes such as Acceleration, Reflexes, Diving, Vision, and Handling. You can also work on upgrading Short and Long Passing, Jumping, and Strength.

Aerial Dominator build

This particular build is made to command the box, as with 6’6″ and the Shot Stopper Archetype with the Spider Specialization, you maximize the reach and physical presence of your chosen goalkeeper. This means opponents will have a difficult time scoring during corners and crosses.

For the Aerial Dominator build, you must improve Jumping and Strength first. Then you can go for Handling, Positioning, Reactions, Diving, Aggression, and even Composure.
