10. Squeezie
SqueezieFrench broadcaster Squeezie took over the streaming world this October after organizing a racing competition that drew massive crowds and was praised as one of the best events of the year.
Squeezie gathered together top Twitch streamers from both France and America for the third and final edition of his Formula 4 racing series, GP Explorer. The finale took place from October 3 – 5 at the Le Mans circuit, and included activities like opening ceremonies, concerts, and even sprint races.
Streaming stars Hasan and Pokimane provided commentary in English, with Spanish streaming icon Ibai offering commentary in Spanish. American Twitch streamers Ludwig and Michael Reeves participated in the race, joining the lineup in The Crew Motorfest team.
Tens of thousands of fans showed up to watch the final race in person, which broke Twitch viewership records in France, peaking at over 1.3 million viewers on Squeezie’s main channel. Ludwig notably hailed the event as one of the best he’s ever participated in, calling it “cooler than anything” streamers have done in America.
9. FaZe Lacy
Twitch/LacyAfter joining FaZe in 2024 during its viral reconstruction, Lacy quickly gained an audience of over 2 million Twitch followers, thanks in no small part to his hilarious IRL streams with other FaZe members.

Over the last year, Lacy has been at the center of a few viral moments, including showing off his jaw-dropping body transformation in late December and recreating Drake’s shoe-throwing moment from February 2025.
Lacy’s antics with his fellow FaZe members have turned him into a household name in the streaming game – so much so that a fan even made a presentation about him for a college class.
8. ohnePixel
Twitch: ohnePixelGerman streamer ohnePixel has been rising to fame as the number one English-speaking co-streamer of Counter-Strike tournaments, but in 2025, he went even more viral by taking his talents to Valorant to co-stream the VCT Masters event.
Despite being a newcomer to Valorant, his channel was instantly the most-popular co-stream, at times even overtaking the main broadcast. He averaged 70,000 viewers and peaked at over 120,000, surpassing any other co-streamer, and created numerous viral moments along the way. In his main game of choice, Counter-Strike 2, he remains the number one channel, averaging over 30,000 viewers, and streaming live from the arena at the BLAST Austin Major.
Ohne’s other viral moment this year came when he joined up with streamers TimTheTatman, Nadeshot and Arrow to open $400,000 worth of cases in Counter-Strike. The combined streams peaked at over 250,000 viewers despite the case opening going as many expected: poorly.
7. PlaqueBoyMax
Twitch: plaqueboymaxPlaqueBoyMax has risen to become one of Twitch’s most popular broadcasters, in part thanks to his viral collaborations with music artists like Trippie Redd, 41, Fivio Foreign, DDG, BabyChiefDoit, and Sexyy Red.
He is both a broadcaster and a music producer, going viral anytime he holds an ‘in the booth‘ session where he makes beats for artists live on his Twitch channel. These collabs have earned him over 2.3 million followers on the site and a dedicated audience of both viewers and listeners.
Despite leaving FaZe Clan earlier this year, he’s managed to grow his own brand as a solo talent and continues to focus on both creating content and making music for some of the world’s biggest rappers. In fact, he took a lengthy hiatus this year due to frightening health complications from a tattoo infection, coming back stronger than ever to an eager audience who couldn’t wait to see him spin again.
6. Cinna
Sidemen / NetflixCinna is in the top 100 of Twitch’s most-watched streamers thanks to her biting humor, entertaining IRL streams, highly varied gaming broadcasts, and collaborations with other top influencers like Valkyrae. The two went viral for their week-long ‘sisathon’ streaming marathon earlier this year, despite the broadcast getting rescheduled due to the wildfires in Los Angeles.
Cinna also took over social media thanks to her Squirrel Girl cosplay from Marvel Rivals, which she debuted in late December 2024 to high praise from viewers. She’s also featured on Netflix in Sidemen’s reality show Inside.
Cinna’s down-to-earth personality and wide variety of content has earned her recognition from some of Twitch’s top broadcasters like Kai Cenat, who called her “refreshing” in comparison to other streamers.
5. Ironmouse
IronmouseIronmouse is one of the world’s most recognizable VTubers, best known for her cute-but-devilish personality and jaw-dropping talent as a singer. Despite her chronic health condition, she’s risen to the top as one of the net’s most popular entertainers, garnering a fanbase of millions of dedicated viewers who support her through thick and thin.
This year, Ironmouse notably raised a staggering $1M for The Immune Deficiency Foundation, a charity that focuses on treatment and research for her illness, Common Variable Immunodeficiency. This money was raised in July after she left her agency, VShojou. She claimed that the company, who handled her payments, never paid out the $500K that she requested they send to the charity, which was earned through her record-breaking subathon back in September 2024. VShojo later admitted to never paying the amount and keeping the funds.
Ironmouse’s 2025 charity drive raised over twice the amount that was owed by the agency, sparking a response from the Immune Deficiency Foundation’s president, Jorey Berry. “Even in the midst of challenges, she thought of us before herself,” he praised. “What has been raised… is surreal. Overwhelming in the best possible way.”
4. TheBurntPeanut
Twitch: TheBurntPeanutTheBurntPeanut started taking over social media in late 2025. The streamer, best known for playing games like Escape from Tarkov, Apex Legends, and roleplaying in GTA online, is actually a sort of VTuber, using a 3D model of a peanut with his face and eyes superimposed on top rather than showing his real appearance.
In November, TheBurntPeanut went viral for being involved in a ‘gang war’ in the online game Arc Raiders. It all started when fellow streamer HutchMF was killed by a player in the game. Despite begging for mercy, the opposing player killed him anyway, shouting Burnt Peanut’s nickname for himself and his fanbase: “For the Bungulators!”
What resulted was a hilarious and chaotic battle between the two broadcasters and their respective viewers. TheBurntPeanut ended up winning the war, and both sides have since made peace with each other. Burnt Peanut’s humorous antics in the Arc Raiders conflict even earned him a nomination for the 2025 Streamer Awards.
3. Emiru
Instagram: emiruEmiru is Twitch’s most-watched female streamer in 2025, and it’s not hard to see why. Her creative cosplay broadcasts and live competition shows have earned her over 1.9 million followers on the platform, where she often streams herself making costumes, playing games, and just chatting with viewers.
In fact, her costuming skills are so good that she became the very first cosplayer in history to throw the opening pitch at an MLB game in June, where she dressed up as Rapi from Goddess of Victory: Nikke for the gacha game’s collaboration with the San Diego Padres.
Emriu has also been praised for her actions in response to several high-profile negative experiences she has suffered. She’s used her platform to speak out with the goal of helping other streamers and women who have been victims of assault and threatening behavior, urging organizers and fellow broadcasters to take action and hold perpetrators accountable.
2. Caseoh
Twitch: CaseOhIt’s no surprise that Caseoh is near the top of our list of 2025’s best streamers. He has become even more popular this year thanks to his hilarious playthroughs of various simulator games, particularly ‘Waterpark Simulator,’ which spawned a slew of humorous jokes about how the virtual customers at his fictional business kept getting injured (or even ‘dying’).
In fact, these inside jokes about Caseoh’s Waterpark Simulator streams made their way outside the internet, with fans purchasing advertising space on billboards and trucks in the real world, offering legal advice for anyone who’d been hurt at the Goob Lagoon. Lawyers even calculated all the fictional ‘charges’ he’d be facing if his disastrous management at the Goob Lagoon were real.
Caseoh’s wholesome humor and earnest personality have endeared him to the internet, especially after he opened up about how his parents encouraged him to pursue streaming as a full-time career. It was a risk that paid off big-time, as he now boasts over 7.8 million followers on Twitch and over 11 million subscribers across his two YouTube channels.
1. IShowSpeed
YouTube: IShowSpeedIShowSpeed’s high-energy streams, incredible athletic feats, viral tours around the world, and, importantly, his unmatched mass appeal, have earned him the top spot.
In 2025, IShowSpeed famously took a tour through China, breaking massive milestones on his YouTube channel and even earning praise from the country’s government, thanking the influencer for shining a spotlight on their nation. He later traveled through numerous countries in Europe, such as Estonia, who similarly expressed gratitude for the streamer for promoting tourism in the region.
Speed has done far more than travel this year; he also got through a Super Mario marathon with Kai Cenat and famously beat influencer Ashton Hall in a footrace. As 2025 came to an end, one of his streams landed on IMDB, beating out the likes of Leonardo DiCaprio to become one of the site’s top stars. And, of course, we can’t forget the resurgence of his viral ‘My mom’s kinda homeless’ meme. He reunited with the kids behind the historic Fortnite moment in October, promising to purchase a house for their mother.
IShowSpeed’s immense popularity and ability to capture a mainstream audience set him apart from the rest of the streaming world.
