Prime VideoGen V includes several major cameos from the world of The Boys – here’s a list of all the characters who’ve appeared so far.
Gen V takes place in Godolkin University, Vought’s elite higher-education training ground for the next generation of supes; some will star in movies, others will take city contracts, and a lucky few may earn a spot in The Seven.
The series primarily follows a fresh cast: Marie (Jaz Sinclair), a blood bender with a tragic past; Andre (Chance Perdomo), who has Magneto powers; Jordan (London Thor/Derek Luh), a gender-flipper; Cate (Maddie Phillips), an empath; and Emma (Lizze Broadway), who has the ability to shrink down to the size of an ant.
Season 1 followed a larger Vought conspiracy with “The Woods,” and Season 2 explores Marie’s powers further. Unsurprisingly there are quite a few cameos from The Boys in Gen V, with more likely still in the pipeline. Spoilers to follow…
Every cameo from The Boys in Gen V
Below, we’ve listed everyone from The Boys who’s appeared in Gen V so far. We’ll keep this space updated with any new cameos as the show progresses.
Homelander

Homelander finally makes an appearance at the end of Season 1 when Marie and the team try to stop Cate and Sam (Asa Germann) from killing more innocent students on the God U campus. Homelander manipulates the situation and frames Marie, Jordan, and Emma for the spree instead – and blasts Marie with his heat vision.
Billy Butcher

Butcher (Karl Urban) also gets to briefly return in the spinoff series during the finale’s post-credits scene. He’s shown investigating the ruined remains of The Woods facility.
A-Train

Reggie Franklin, aka A-Train (Jessie T. Usher) makes a brief appearance in the pilot of Gen V, which opens with a flashback to the “historic” moment he became the first African American to be accepted into The Seven.
Madelyn Stillwell

Madelyn Stillwell (Elisabeth Shue) makes a short, hilarious appearance in the news report announcing A-Train’s recruitment into The Seven.

“We’re thrilled to welcome A-Train into The Seven, which proves what we’ve been saying for a long time: we live in a post-racism world,” the former VP of Hero Management says. If you’ve forgotten, Madelyn was killed by Homelander with his laser vision in Season 1.
Ashley Barrett

Unlike some of the other cameos, Ashley Barrett (Colby Minifie) actually stars in Gen V in an important role. While not appearing much, she’s now Vought’s CEO after Stan Edgar’s leave of absence, and she looks frazzled in any scene she’s in – especially when The Woods are mentioned.
Adam Bourke

Adam Bourke (P.J. Byrne), Vought’s reliably cantankerous director of Dawn of the Seven and its other blockbusters, returns in Gen V as a guest lecturer at Godolkin University.
Love Sausage

While we don’t see his face, Love Sausage’s ginormous members rears its head in a flashback to Sage Grove in Episode 3 of Gen V.
The Deep

The Deep (Chace Crawford) makes a brief cameo in a recorded message for Professor Brinkerhoff following his early death in series. He also appears in Season 2 to induct new students into a fraternity, complete with a cloak, a cape, and a wooden sex toy.
Soldier Boy

Soldier Boy makes a small cameo appearance in Gen V Season 1, Episode 6 in Cate Dunlap’s subconscious when the students go inside her mind.
Victoria Neuman

Victoria Neuman returns in Season 1, Episode 7, where she takes part in a town hall interview with Cameron Coleman and bonds with Marie over their similar powers.
Dogknott

The weird canine supe dressed in tight leather very briefly appeared onscreen in The Boys Season 4, but gets a full appearance in Gen V when he hunts down Marie at a motel.
Starlight

Starlight (Erin Moriarty) appears in the first episode of Gen V Season 2 when she saves Marie from being killed by Dogknott (Zach McGowan). She tasks her with staying at God U to keep an eye on what Vought is planning there with Project Odessa.
Seth Reed

Seth Reed is the Vought marketing specialist who pitches the way the company will market the UFC-style fight between Marie and Jordan, he’s been a part of The Boys since the first season.
Firecracker

Firecracker (Valorie Curry) makes a handful of appearances throughout Gen V Season 2 thanks to her TV show, Truthbomb which provides her typically incendiary propaganda on what’s happening with Marie and Jordan.
Sister Sage

Smart supe Sister Sage (Susan Heyward) has a strange relationship with the Dean of God U, Cipher (Hamish Linklater), and the pair have sex in front of the burned man in Cipher’s house.
Stan Edgar

Stan Edgar (Giancarlo Esposito) is the former Vought CEO who went on the run during The Boys Season 4. He arrives in Season 2, Episode 6, to help Marie, Jordan, Emma, Cate, and Sam escape from Vikor (Tate Fletcher).
Zoe Neuman

Victoria Neuman’s daughter returns alongside Stan to save the squad from Vikor following their escape from prison. She uses her tentacle mouth to rip his head off. Ouch.
