The Pokemon Go Battle League Season 25, Precious Paths, has plenty of weekly scheduled leagues and cups to take part in, as well as some great rewards and themed Battle Days.

While catching ’em all is the name of the game in Pokemon Go, trainers looking to test their might against others will want to head to the competitive Go Battle League.

Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about Season 25 of the Pokemon Go Battle League, including the end date, all the rewards you can earn along the way, and the new weekly schedule of leagues and cups.

Pokemon Go Battle League Season 25 start & end dates

Season 25 of the Go Battle League kicked off on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, and will run until Tuesday, March 3, 2026.

Remember that, as usual, at the beginning of every season, you’ll be able to claim your end-of-season rewards from the battle screen, and your Go Battle League rank will be reset.

Events in Go Battle League Season 25

There will be one special event taking place during Season 25 of the Go Battle League: Go Battle Weekend: Precious Paths, which will run from 12:00 AM local time on December 4, 2025, to December 8, 2025, at 11:59 PM local time.

• During this event, you’ll earn 4× Stardust from win rewards, though this bonus doesn’t apply to end-of-set rewards.
• For one day only, the maximum number of sets you can play daily will jump from five to 20, giving you a total of 100 battles from midnight to 11:59 p.m. local time.
• Trainers will have access to free, battle-themed Timed Research with rewards, including shoes inspired by Grusha for your avatar.
• The Pokemon you encounter as GO Battle League rewards will have a broader range of stats, making it a great opportunity to catch unique fighters with varying Attack, Defense, and HP attributes.
• Use Charged TMs to make a Shadow Pokemon forget the Charged Move, Frustration.

Trainers taking part in the Battle League encounters will be able to earn a few avatar items inspired by Grusha, the Leader of Glaseado Mountain’s Gym, in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet.

Timed Research Pass

A pass to access battle-themed Timed Research is available for free at the in-game shop following the start of the Precious Paths season.

The Timed Research will keep the player’s track throughout the season. Each page will require 100 battles and 50 wins to complete, and achieving this will award Stardust and items such as Rare Candy XL, Elite Fast TM (obtained at 400 wins), Elite Charged TM (obtained at 500 wins), and more.
