Kick/lordhitoKick and Twitch streamer MikeLiaory has been banned on both platforms after crashing his car during a livestream. On stream, he drove through a red light and collided with another vehicle.
The incident was broadcast live on MikeLiaory’s Kick channel, which has since been taken offline. Clips of the crash have gone viral after being spliced together with footage from fellow streamer Lordhito, who arrived at the scene shortly after the impact.
In the footage, MikeLiaory is seen approaching an intersection in Los Angeles at night, with his camera pointed through the windshield. Four red traffic lights are visible ahead, and the streamer initially stops before proceeding through the intersection.
As he crosses, a vehicle traveling through the green light on the cross street hits the front of the streamer’s car. The crash is immediate and loud, with the stream cutting to chaos moments later.
Streamer claims he ‘never saw the light’ after crashing car
Following the collision, MikeLiaory claimed he never saw the other vehicle and called the driver a “fool”, who he accused of speeding.
“You can’t see the red. I can’t see if it’s red, yellow, green. I didn’t even know there was a light,” he said on stream. “I thought it was just a left turn.”
Despite the crash, Mike was all smiles, even encouraging Lordhito’s viewers to follow him.
However, both Kick and Twitch issued bans shortly after the footage began circulating. MikeLiaory’s YouTube channel remains active, while his X account has been set to private. It is unclear whether the account was restricted before or after the crash.
Last month, Twitch streamer Melt and Kick streamer Marinotlive were involved in a high-speed crash on a Georgia highway while broadcasting to thousands of viewers. Their accounts were also banned.
