Gameplay

As shown in the seven-minute gameplay trailer, players can use elemental abilities to take down their enemies in flashy martial arts-inspired combat. Cheng uses his fiery fists to pummel soldiers, soaks groups of enemies with water before freezing them, rips slabs of earth from the ground to hurl as projectiles, and even raises stone walls mid-fight to block attacks.

While unarmed combat takes centre stage, players will also be able to wield weapons dropped from defeated foes, including a massive hammer that can send enemies flying.

Progression also revolves around mastering qi, unlocking skills from scrolls and elemental masters, and strengthening Cheng enough to challenge the godly Celestials.
