IMDB/Insomniac Games Jim Ward, the beloved voice behind Ratchet & Clank’s Captain Qwark and other iconic roles, has died at the age of 66.
The news was confirmed on December 10 by broadcaster Stephanie Miller, who shared that Ward’s wife informed her of his passing.
Ward was a staple of the Ratchet & Clank series for decades, voicing the larger-than-life Qwark across games, spin-offs, and media. His performance became one of the franchise’s most recognisable highlights, blending bombastic comedy with the series’ signature charm.
