A player’s PC setup has gone viral for its ability to simulate in-game actions in real life, leading to all sorts of chaos in their home.

This year alone, someone created a handheld with a 4090-powered GPU, and another PC enthusiast even built a fully functional Hatsune Miku PC. But it doesn’t stop there.

Engineer and gamer ‘ryc._1216’ from China has managed to build a PC setup that looks to replicate his in-game actions in real life.

Instead of just watching the action on the screen, he can literally feel the intensity and immerse himself in a way no one else quite has before. Yes, it’s just as chaotic as it sounds.

Player’s super immersive PC setup goes viral

In his Instagram clip, you can see how the setup converts in-game data into real-life physical reactions.

So when he gets hit by an enemy bullet, a custom machine on his desk literally shoots what look like firecrackers at him. At one point, he even ducks to avoid them and ends up falling out of his chair.

The machine also seems to adjust based on the weapon being used, firing rapid bursts when the game calls for it. On top of that, oftentimes the force is enough to make his desk shake when he takes damage, making the whole experience even more intense.

The wildest part, though, is that the setup and the room it’s in can mimic the in-game weather. In one scene, it starts raining in the game, and in real life, he suddenly gets blasted with wind, mist, and a storm effect, which knocks him off his setup again.

Within just a few hours, the clip went viral, with tons of viewers impressed (and slightly terrified) by how far he took it.

One user wrote, “This is incredible.”

“Yeah honey, it’s been a stressful day, I just need to decompress and game for a bit,” joked another.

Meanwhile, someone else said, “I would be messed up by the end of the day if I had a rig like that. No way I’m making it even 30 minutes.”
