Capcom / Rockstar Games / Sony2025 has been an incredibly stacked year for video games, with almost too many Game of the Year caliber titles to even get through. From the sunny outback in Death Stranding 2: On the Beach to the heartwrenching twists of Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, and the smaller yet no-less-significant indie hits like Blue Prince, there’s been plenty to keep us occupied.
Now, as we turn our attention to 2026, it’s already shaping up to be another historic year chock-full of unforgettable games. If there are no further delays, we’ll finally see GTA 6 hit store shelves and break records overnight, while Insomniac Games will keep the Marvel hype train rolling with the first Wolverine game in 16 years.
