How to play Zero Hour event
Like most major events in Fortnite, Zero Hour will be its own unique playlist available from the main menu. It will go live 40 minutes before it officially starts, giving you and your friends plenty of time to join and get a good vantage point.
What to expect
Very little is known about what’s going to happen in the Chapter 6 finale, but based on the trailer, it looks like a culmination of every season so far. You can see a giant Homer Simpson from the recent Simpsons update teaming up with X-Wings from Star Wars, with Godzilla and Kong battling it out in the background.
It’s likely that all of these characters are joining forces to fight the terrifying four-eyed creature seen at the end of the teaser.
This event will also pave the way for what’s to come in Season 7, as we get a brief glimpse of The Bride from Kill Bill, who is set to arrive next season as a skin, alongside the leaked Gogo Yubari skin.
When all is said and done, fans should expect some downtime where Fortnite is offline for a few hours. This is common after huge live events like this one, especially when they’re ushering in a new chapter.
