Unsplash: TranceStarbucks has launched a new way for fans to get the Bearista Cold Cup, the viral holiday glass that sold out across the country in November.
The cup is now one of the top prizes in the Starbucks for Life Merrython, a month-long online game available to rewards members.
The Merrython runs from Monday, December 8, through Sunday, January 4, 2026. Participants earn entries into weekly sweepstakes and can play a racing-style mini game for additional chances to win.

Starbucks says 17,000 winners will receive the cup, alongside other prizes that include reward points, five-dollar gift cards, and free cake pops. The game’s top prize is Starbucks for Life, which grants four winners free food or drinks every day for 30 years.
The Bearista Cold Cup originally dropped on November 6 as part of Starbucks’ holiday merchandise rollout. The 20-ounce glass quickly went viral when shown off on social media in the days leading up to its launch, prompting long lines at stores and rapid sellouts nationwide.
Starbucks said at the time that stores were stocked with more Bearista cups than almost any other merchandise item this holiday season, but demand surpassed expectations and inventory was depleted within hours.
