UnsplashA 57-year-old Canadian man has been arrested and charged with assault for blowing snow at another person after a dispute.
The holiday season is supposed to be the time of the year when spirits are at their highest, and everyone gets along in a friendly manner. However, in Canada, there have been a few Grinches out and about before Christmas really kicks in.
At the start of the month, police in Brantford, Ontario, Canada, were called after one resident put up signs about Santa being “fake” during the town’s annual Christmas parade. They were made to take the signs down.
“While it isn’t illegal to be a ‘Grinch,’ we do encourage everyone to embrace the spirit of the season and help foster a positive, welcoming community, especially during events like the Santa Claus Parade.”
