1. Kilo 141

The Kilo has been in and out of the meta in recent months, and it’s back on top in Season 6. Not just because it deals consistently great damage at long range, but also because it’s just so easy to use.
The rifle’s low recoil makes it incredibly easy to beam players from across the map, and its solid TTK means it does this in a matter of seconds. There’s virtually no situation where it loses out, so you can go into every fight with confidence.

2. GPR 91

The GPR 91 got a big buff to its damage, and that’s catapulted it into the meta. While it’s extremely easy to use, what sets it apart is its close-range TTK.

It’s just beaten by the FFAR 1 until around 40 meters, but it maintains that fast TTK out to 50 meters. That, along with the fact that it has low recoil, good bullet velocity, and a large magazine size, makes it the perfect Sniper Support option in Season 5.
3. Merrick 556
ActivisionThe Merrick 556 only arrived in Season 6, and it’s already established itself as one of the best Assault Rifles in Warzone. This is thanks in no small part to its incredible range, which makes it very powerful up to 80 meters.
While it’s not quite as easy to use at other ranges as guns further up this list, if you play to its strengths, it’s tough to beat.
4. CR-56 AMAX

While the AMAX isn’t a close-range powerhouse, it’s extremely dominant at long range. Following buffs in Season 5, it has the best range of any Assault Rifle, as it doesn’t have a damage drop off until around 70 meters.
If you’re looking to be an absolute menace at range, then don’t look past the CR-56 AMAX – just make sure to use attachments to keep its recoil to a minimum.
5. FFAR 1

There’s always a place for a powerful Sniper Support option in Warzone’s meta, and in Season 6, it’s the FFAR 1.
Its fast TTK makes it competitive against meta SMGs in close range, but since it’s an AR, it doesn’t have that steep damage drop-off, so it’s much more versatile. If you want something to pair with the HDR, you can’t go wrong with the FFAR 1.
